Refund policy

At Enzo London Skin, we take great care in preparing and packing every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us at info@enzolondonskin.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll happily cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of our skincare products. As these products have left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee their storage conditions and are therefore unable to safely resell them.
